Jim has had a love of veggie gardening and cooking for most of his life, but it wasn’t until he was diagnosed with heart disease that he got the wake-up call he needed to begin his personal wellness journey in earnest. He made major changes to his diet, limiting processed junk food and emphasizing plant-forward, whole-foods. The result has been a major drop in his cholesterol levels and a weight loss of nearly 30 pounds. This transformative experience ignites Jim's zeal for empowering others on their wellness journeys.
