Janet from The Taste Space in Toronta, Canada made this amazingly lovely (and healthy!) Pomegranate Glazed Salmon.

Haalo from Australia and the blog Cook Almost Anything experimented with rhubarb in this gorgeous savory Rhubarb and Apple Chutney.
Here in New York’s Hudson Valley, I blended up bananas, fresh figs, and coconut milk to make this Fresh Fig and Banana Smoothie.
