Hello everyone! I’m currently sitting in the foyer of our little hotel in San Fransisco at 7pm (although my brain is still convinced it’s 2am) writing this! I am so excited about this recipe, these are SO tasty, and SO easy! I was inspired to make something with this flavour combination after having a dark chocolate and lime chocolate bar. When I first saw it, I was so convinced this combination could never work, but trust me, it’s amazing!
The base is a classic biscuit base, sweet and crunchy, topped with a fresh zingy lime curd and then a rich layer of chocolate ganache. The whole thing is just pure decadence.
