If you’re ready to get started with coaching, contact me and I’ll send you a detailed intake questionnaire. As soon as I evaluate the questionnaire, I’ll get in touch with you by email to schedule our initial consultation (30 minutes). During the consultation, we can talk more about your history, goals, and needs. After we talk, I’ll create and email you an individualized plan.
We’ll then have an email or phone “check in appointment” every week. I will use feedback from you to refine your plan as needed. As my client, you’ll also receive handouts, recipes, and newsletters.
I charge $150 for the first month and $125 for each subsequent month that we are working together. I ask for a three-month commitment before we get started. I accept payment by cash, check, and paypal. Most individuals will achieve the results they are seeking within a 3-6 month time frame.
