10K Facebook Fan Giveaway

I recently made a promise on my blog’s Facebook page that if I got 10,000 “likes” before the end of May, I would host a giveaway. Well, I reached that goal (and then some), so here you go!

For this giveaway, I decided to put together a package of things I love from Amazon.com…that way, I can easily arrange for it to be shipped right to the winner! This giveaway is sponsored by ME. I am paying for all the items and the shipping. I hope you all like everything I chose because these are some of my favorite things…here’s what the giveaway includes:

10K Facebook Fan Giveaway at www.healthygreenkitchen.com

1. Ball Jar Heritage Collection Pint Jars with Lids and Bands, Set of 6 (These are gorgeous and have so many uses in the kitchen; their value is $10.77.)

2. Navitas Naturals Raw Cacao Powder (Organic) (I adore this stuff and use it in place of traditional cocoa powder; the value is $11.00)

3. Light Gray Celtic Sea Salt®, Coarse Ground, 1 lb. (My favorite wholesome sea salt; the value is $6.11.)

4. Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat, 11 5/8 x 16 1/2-inches, Half Sheet Size (Silpats are just awesome for baking; the value is $23.01)

5. Garden of Life Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (32 oz.) (This is my personal favorite coconut oil; the value is $19.13.)

6. Cast-Iron Melting Pot, 14-Ounce (Cooking in cast iron is healthy and this little pot is perfect for melting butter and chocolate; the value is $14.18.)

I will not make any substitutions for the above items…it’s simply too complicated for me to swap stuff out if you don’t like what I chose. So hopefully you do like it, and guess what? As a bonus, I will throw in a copy of my forthcoming book…One Simple Change. It won’t be out until December, but when it is, I will mail you a signed copy!

Again, this giveaway is sponsored by ME. I am paying for all the items and the shipping as a way to thank to you all for being awesome! The total value of this package including the shipping is about $100. Note that his giveaway is only open to my readers in the USA.

To enter this giveaway, please use the Rafflecopter widget below to sign up for my mailing list. This will ensure you receive my blog email updates and my weekly newsletter. You may unsubscribe at a later date (though I hope you won’t!), but you must be signed up in order to be eligible to win the giveaway. 8. Wonderful choice of items. Garden Of Life, I believe, is the first and possibly the only coconut oil that is fermented. I was told this back in 2005 and that has been my #1 choice. Here’s to 10 x 10,000 likes.

  70. HI everyone,

I solely reccomend this website, I have been following it for a year now and my overall health has changed, I lost alot of weight by just eating healthy and balancing my diet with right nutrients. I also have tried gluten, diary and vegetarian diet just to check if those influence me. I ended up having a vegetarian diet and I feel amazing, it took me 2 months to balance it and get all the vitamins that I need from meals.
Thank you so much for all the info and inspirational pictures. I tried your ochazuke recipe and it is in my menu from then on :)

  95. This is an amazing giveaway. I had to have several brain surgeries over the last 7 years to correct an aneurysm and the resulting stroke, brain damage and other complications. I am only 33!! I now have two beautiful daughters and along with feeling SO blessed and lucky, I am scared and saddened by the chemicals in our products and the state of the food supply in the U.S. I have been diligently following blogs, cleaning up my family’s diet and attempting to switch to more natural and chemical-free products and cooking tools, along with adding in some super foods here and there as we can afford it. This looks like an amazing giveaway that would get our kitchen moving in the right direction! Thank you for the wonderful contest and for your inspiring posts and ideas!!

  99. I would love to win!! I am not normally a “winner”.

Okay, kind of a lie. There was that ONE time…when I was a nerd in 10th grade. By some random act of God, I went into the ag room during ag week and picked the pig with the best conformity–based solely on the fact that I felt kind of sorry for it, because it was pretty ugly. So, I did win a bag of peanut M&Ms, and even though I was invisible to the rest of the school, for one day I became visible because, hey, don’t all high schoolers want M&Ms, even from the invisible nerd?

So, it’d be nice to improve my record to two wins in 46 years. :)
