After months and months of writing, and then months and months of waiting, my book One Simple Change is now available for purchase!

One Simple Change | Healthy Green Kitchen

One Simple Change is like me: it’s small but it’s packed with information :) In it, you’ll find many, many practical tips for improving your health (and the health of our planet, as well) laid out in an easy-to-follow format. The book is about making small changes, one step at a time, so you can feel great about yourself and your life. It’s based on my own experiences, my education, and lots and lots of research: there are pages and pages of references. And while it’s not a cookbook, but there are 15 of my favorite recipes in the book, too.

One Simple Change will make a great gift this holiday season! I sincerely hope that you will read the book and that you find it to be useful. I also hope you will recommend it to others. Thank you for your support!

You can buy One Simple Change on Amazon.com and other online retailers as of today, but if online shopping is not your thing, please look for the book at your local independent bookseller. If they do not already have plans to carry the book, I’d very much appreciate you asking them to do so. Again, thank you so much for your support.

Congrats (from one “Winnie” to another!) on a great-looking book. Chronicle Books is a great publisher….and they’re lucky to have you.

I am now following you on Pinterest. I have Fibromyalgia and have slowly learned that changes to my diet and lifestyle are going to save me from killing my liver with pain mess. I have gone gluten-free and am looking at eliminating dairy now as well. I often feel overwhelmed trying to decide what to change and how to go about it, it seems like I need to change everything! A modest approach is the only way I can imagine figuring it out, but some suggestions would definitely help!
