Welcome to the last post in my series of six about my experiences with the Nike Training Club App.
I really am so glad I was given the opportunity to use the app and write about how it worked for me this summer: I have found using it to be very helpful in my quest to get back in shape. I love how I am seeing results even though using the app only takes up 30 minutes of my day: I went for a steep hike a few days ago and it was not at all hard for me.
Since this is my last post about the app, I really want to encourage you to download it if you haven’t already. There are so many workouts to choose from so it’s almost impossible to get bored using it. You do have to be a bit self-motivated to get going with the app, but you can use it anywhere. I work out with it in my living room or basement…or if the weather’s nice I go out and use it on my deck. Over the weekend we were staying in Vermont, so I even used it in the hotel gym (it was pretty much empty so I only got one or two strange glances ;) I usually do 2 Get Focused workouts at a time, but I mixed things up this week by integrating two of the “Bonus” workouts into my routine. Again, I like how there are so many workouts to choose from…it keeps things interesting.
So even though my series of 6 posts about the Nike Training Club App ends here, I am definitely going to continue using it!
