I’ve never been real big on Silent Sunday posts, but I’m going to bring them back for the foreseeable future; I find that making photos is a good way for me to take a break from working on my book. I hope you enjoy these, which I shot in my town and garden today.

It’s been a while since I’ve done a Silent Sunday post, but I too feel like it gives me a chance to do some that makes me feel happy and showcase my love of photography. These flowers are just gorgeous! Brought a smile to my face.

Love the first picture with the sunflowers and the sky. I made it the background on my computer. The time between the last week of September and the first week of October is my favorite two week window of the year for weather.

Thanks Jennifer! I drove past those sunflowers every day for months…glad I finally took some photos as they died off a few days later!

    Lovely photos!

I also thought I would send you this link, touting the benefits of honey, seeing as you have recently done a post on honey annnnd sweeteners.

The website itself is a great scientific resource for many foods, maybe you’ve seen it maybe you haven’t…. but I thought of you when I saw the info on honey:)
